When you book with us we collect your name, contact details, and appointment history. Before certain treatments we also ask about medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, and skin sensitivities. This health information is treated with particular care and is only ever used to keep your treatment safe.
We use your information to manage your bookings, to contact you about your appointments, and to make sure any treatment we carry out is suitable for you. We will only send you marketing messages if you have asked us to, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the booking system we use to manage appointments, and with anyone we are legally required to tell. No one else has access to it.
We keep treatment and consultation records for as long as we need them for your safety and for insurance purposes, and then we securely delete them. Contact details are kept for as long as you remain a client.
You can ask to see what we hold about you, ask us to correct anything wrong, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Just get in touch and we will sort it out.
We store your information securely and limit access to those who need it. If you are ever unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can raise it with us first, or contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
